Teri Australia ships orders across Australia using trusted delivery services, including Australia Post.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia.

Free shipping is calculated based on the total value of eligible items in your order, excluding shipping charges.

If your order total is below $100 AUD, standard shipping charges will apply.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping times vary depending on your delivery address and the shipping service used.

Estimated delivery times will be provided where available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, weather, peak periods, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout for selected Australian delivery locations.

The available shipping options and applicable cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Express delivery times are estimates only and are subject to the carrier's service and your delivery location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order and available shipping options.

Where applicable, the available shipping methods and costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect or change the delivery address.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@teriaustralia.com.au. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once an order has entered processing.

Teri Australia is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking information supplied to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us at sales@teriaustralia.com.au and we will assist where possible.

Multiple Items and Part Deliveries

If your order contains multiple products, we may send items separately where stock availability or fulfilment requirements make this necessary.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for part deliveries where the order has qualified for free shipping.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

We work with our delivery partners to minimise delays and ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@teriaustralia.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with you and the relevant delivery provider to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us at sales@teriaustralia.com.au as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information about faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by any timeframe stated in this policy.
